The Not-for-Profit Team is very active in counseling on day-to-day employment issues that many not-for-profit organizations do not have the depth or awareness to handle on their own. We handle all types of employment law counseling for not-for-profit clients, such as ADA compliance, FMLA compliance, wage and hour compliance and creation of employee handbooks. In addition to providing sound legal analysis, we work with our clients to design pro-active and reactive strategies consistent with the client's business needs and mission.
