Benesch is pleased to announce that Jonathan Todd, an attorney in the Firm’s Transportation & Logistics Practice, was recently designated a Fellow by the Association for Supply Chain Management (“ASCM”).
The Fellow designation is awarded to an elite group of thought leaders whose contributions through presenting and publishing advance the body of knowledge for supply chain management professionals. Mr. Todd also holds a Certified Supply Chain Professional (“CSCP”) designation through the American Production and Inventory Controls Society (“APICS”), which is the ASCM’s legacy organization.
ASCM launched in 2019 as the world’s leading community for supply chain excellence. Its mission is to foster the advancement of professional end-to-end supply chain management practices through a body of knowledge, innovative research, systems, and methods to create value for customers, members and organizations. ASCM’s predecessor APICS formed in 1957 and evolved into a strategic partner to global corporations, organizations, and personnel at all career levels. Today the Association has more than 45,000 members who manage the largest and most complex supply chains in over 100 countries around the world.
Jonathan Todd practices law in the areas of supply chain management, international trade compliance, logistics, and transportation. He counsels manufacturers, retailers, third party logistics providers, and carriers in transactional and regulatory matters.
