Home health and hospice providers are under audits from multiple governmental agencies including TPE, SMRC, RAC, UPIC, OIG, CERT and MFCU. The topics reviewed differ depending on where the agency is located. This session will address the heightened scrutiny and increase in audit activities that home health and hospice providers are undergoing and will provide strategies for surviving an audit and making home health agencies and hospices less susceptible to negative audit findings.
