From sanitation and toxic waste to emissions, and water quality, many sites will likely experience more EPA inspections, tighter compliance, and higher penalties.
The Biden administration has already begun strengthening EHS regulations on many fronts. And activists have raised awareness to a level that can’t be reversed. So there’s no turning back, only moving forward in anticipation of more stringent enforcement.

Jason advises a broad range of commercial and industrial clients on their environmental and health and safety matters. He collaborates closely to identify regulations specific to their operations and processes, and provides regulatory support. Jason also counsels clients in Hazardous Materials Transportation matters. Before joining Red-on-line, Jason was a Staff Attorney at the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Jason earned a B.A. in History from Gettysburg College, and holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School.
