Sequoia Financial Group, LLC Acquired NCA Financial Planners

Benesch represented Sequoia Financial Group, LLC (Sequoia), a financial planning, wealth management, and asset management firm with $8 billion in client assets, in an agreement that acquired Mayfield Heights, Ohio-based NCA Financial Planners (NCA). The combined firm will have $10 billion in client assets.
