Benesch is pleased to announce that LeAnn Davis has joined the firm’s Cleveland office.
LeAnn is Of Counsel in Benesch's Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group and focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and finance, land use and zoning, and real property-related civil litigation. She assists clients in all phases of complex real estate transactions, including planning, negotiation, legal research and analysis, documentation, and closing. LeAnn represents commercial lenders, real estate developers, corporations and investors in the financing, acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate and related corporate asset transactions.

LeAnn received her M.B.A in Competitive Strategy from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 2003, her J.D. from the University of Florida – Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2002, her M.A. in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 2002, and her B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy from Duke University in 1997.
