Benesch counseled PharmScript, a leading pharmacy provider to long-term care and post-acute care facilities, in its acquisition of Arxcare. PharmScript also acquired Vinze.
As part of the acquisitions, PharmScript is building state-of-the-art facilities located in Ohio and Massachusetts that offer significant expansion opportunities. The new 15,000-square-foot pharmacy in Massachusetts will open in early April and will be located at 140 Locke Dr., Marlborough, MA 01752. The new 17,000-square-foot pharmacy in Ohio will open in early June and will be located at 1685 Westbelt Dr., Columbus, OH 43228.
Both of the new facilities will operate as long term care pharmacies in PharmScript's network of 12 pharmacies throughout the United States.
