Ondak, Jr. has been appointed as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Program Committee for the Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania Retail Development and Law Symposium. The next Symposium will take place March 1-2, 2012, in Columbus, Ohio.
ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. The goal of ICSC is to help it's 50,000 members develop their businesses through networking, education, research, information, deal-making and action on legislation and regulation.
Mr. Ondak is a partner in Benesch's Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group. He counsels and represents a variety of participants in commercial real estate transactions, including developers, property owners, landlords, tenants and financial institutions. He also has significant experience with advising developers in various aspects of real estate development for a multitude of projects, including shopping centers, office buildings and industrial parks. Mr. Ondak received his B.A., cum laude, from Fairfield University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
