Market Plaza Properties LLC Sells Market Plaza to Affiliate of Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors

Benesch client Market Plaza Properties LLC has sold Market Plaza Shopping Center, located in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood, to an affiliate of Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors for $5.85 million. Harbor Bay plans to replace the shopping center with offices, apartments, new retail space, and a garage parking. Demolition and construction could start late summer or early fall of 2019, with a grand opening for the project likely in spring of 2021. Norman W. Gutmacher led the deal.
