Global supply chains are charging ahead despite a global pandemic and war in Europe.  During the height of the pandemic our speaker delivered a presentation titled “Managing Contract Risks in the COVID-19 World and Beyond” on May 27, 2020.  This presentation will refresh attendees on those learnings from the pandemic and take the conversation a step further to the present.  Today, domestic and international supply chains are facing a different risk profile than was the case just a few years ago and certainly before the pandemic.  Fundamental legal concepts impacting contract risk will be discussed including Force Majeure, Indemnity, Export Controls and Economic Sanctions, and Choice of Law / Venue.
