Benesch is pleased to announce that Daniel Meier has been named partner of the firm.
Daniel Meier practices out of the firm’s Hackensack office and is a member of the firm’s Health Care & Life Sciences Practice Group. Dani focuses his practice on advising long term and post-acute care providers such as nursing facilities, home health agencies and hospices, long term care pharmacies, hospitals and health system networks, physicians and physician organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, durable medical equipment companies, private equity funds and other ancillary service providers and health care professionals on health care business transactions, regulatory counseling and advocacy matters. Dani also advises administrators, group purchasing organizations and self-funded plans and is also experienced in representing managed care companies, insurers, and fiduciaries in the areas of health care, managed care, disability and ERISA. Dani received his B.A. from New York University in 2002 and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2006.
