Benesch is pleased to announce that Kevin M. Capuzzi and Nora Cook have joined the firm.
Mr. Capuzzi is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. He will work out of the firm's Wilmington, DE office. Mr. Capuzzi has experience representing debtors, official creditor committees, creditors, lenders and parties to adversary proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and in other bankruptcy courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, through pro hac vice admissions. He also represents clients in litigation before all Delaware Courts. Mr. Capuzzi received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2010 and his B.S., Major: Biology, Minor: Interdisciplinary Health Care Ethics, from St. Joseph's University in 2007.
Ms. Cook is a staff attorney in the Litigation Practice Group. She will work out of the firm's Cleveland, OH office. Ms. Cook has experience managing e-discovery and drafting complaints, answers, motions for summary judgment, wills, trusts and more. Ms. Cook received her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2010 and her B.A., cum laude, in History/Political Science with a minor in International Studies from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2007.
