Alana helps prepare and file various immigration and non-immigration forms and applications, such as H-1B, L-1, E-2, I-140, AOS, and EB-1C petitions, ensuring compliance with USCIS guidelines and deadlines.
Alana manages high-volume caseloads by maintaining accurate and organized case files, tracking deadlines, updating case statuses, and documenting case developments. Alana liaises with clients, government agencies, and third-party vendors to obtain the necessary documentation and evidence for immigration cases. Alana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University where she was in the Morrill Scholars Program – Prominence.
