David has appeared in more than 100 state and federal courts throughout the United States.
David received his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1990 and his B.A. from Hamilton College in 1986.
“We are thrilled to have David join us. He is a nationally recognized litigator whose experience enhances our already top-notch litigation group at the firm and continues the extraordinary addition of litigation talent to our Chicago office,” said Joseph Castrodale, Vice-Chairman of the Firm, Chair of the Litigation Department at Benesch and a member of its Executive Committee.
