“We are delighted to have Brian joining our group,” shared Marc S. More generally, he drafted, reviewed, and negotiated hundreds of contracts (including with several Fortune 500 companies and Class I railroads) and provided advice on a wide range of regulatory matters including CARB, import/export, and key issues in international transactions. He was in private practice for a couple of years before going in-house at Schneider. Brian regularly advises C-suite and senior-level business leaders on legal and risk matters.
Brian also received Schneider's Presidential Award for Operation Excellence in 2021 for creatively solving challenges involved in the importation of new intermodal containers from China during the global supply chain crisis. The solution was featured in a Wall Street Journal article.
Brian earned his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Southern Indiana. Brian is working on his M.B.A. from the University of Southern Indiana, with an anticipated graduation in August 2023.
