Benesch is pleased to announce that Joseph Blalock has joined the firm’s Columbus office.
Joe maintains a growing employment practice and represents employers in wrongful termination and other employment related matters. He has experience handling numerous cases and charges involving wrongful discharge, retaliation, and discrimination, including age, race, and disability in both state and federal court.

Joe also has broad experience handling litigation in other areas of the law, including medical malpractice claims, asbestos claims, insurance bad faith claims, and defending clients charged with felony crimes under both state and federal law.
Joe received his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2012 and his B.A., magna cum laude, from West Virginia University in 2009. Joe is admitted to practice in Ohio and West Virginia.
