Ryan Babiuch | Litigation and Energy Practice Groups
Ryan focuses his commercial litigation practice on representing businesses in high-stakes litigation and complex commercial disputes and his energy practice on representing public utilities and other energy companies in a variety of litigation and regulatory disputes. He has significant experience in multidistrict litigation, large products liability cases, employment disputes, TCPA actions, and data privacy litigation.
Trevor G. Covey | Litigation Practice Group
Trevor focuses on complex commercial and business litigation. He regularly argues in trial and appellate courts across the country, and in front of arbitration tribunals internationally. Trevor’s clients specialize in an array of industries, including industrial manufacturing, consumer manufacturing, energy, private equity, and technology, and range in size from range from multinational corporations to privately held family businesses.
Matthew P. Delguyd | Commercial Finance & Banking Practice Group
Matthew focuses his practice on representing banks, other financial institutions, and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions. He has extensive experience structuring, documenting and negotiating various types of loan transactions, including asset-based transactions, health care transactions, subordinated debt placements, real estate financings, debt sales, letters of credit and bond financings, syndications, venture capital transactions and other leveraged buyout transactions.
Robert E. Haffke | Litigation Practice Group
Robert focuses his practice on complex civil litigation involving product liability, business tort, and commercial matters. He has experience in all aspects of discovery and trial preparation, evidentiary and privilege issues, briefing and motion practice, and appellate practice in state and federal courts.
David M. Krueger | Litigation and Transportation & Logistics Practice Groups
David represents businesses in commercial and business disputes, consumer disputes, transportation/aviation, and class action litigation. He has successfully defended and prosecuted claims on behalf of clients serving as lead and second chair counsel at the trial level, appellate level, and in alternative dispute resolution forums.
Chris F. Moratschek | Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group
Chris focuses his practice on counseling property owners, developers, businesses and governmental entities on a wide variety of real estate and real estate-related legal issues. He has represented both owners and developers in the purchase, sale, development, redevelopment and financing (CMBS and traditional) of a variety of commercial and multi-family properties. In addition, he has experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with leases and financing for retail, office, industrial and special use properties.
Daniel J. O’Brien | Health Care & Life Sciences Practice Group
Dan’s practice focuses on counseling individuals and entities engaged in the health care industry on transactional and regulatory business matters, with a particular focus on health care deal work. Dan’s understanding of the varied health care regulatory issues facing providers allows him to bring a unique perspective to transactions that helps to solve problems and close deals. His transaction experience includes representation of a wide variety of provider types, including nursing home owners and operators, hospitals, durable medical equipment companies, and home health care companies, among others.
Stephanie S. Penninger | Litigation and Transportation & Logistics Practice Groups
Stephanie focuses her practice on representing motor carriers, third party logistics providers, ocean transportation intermediaries, national shippers, large private fleets and water carriers in the domestic, non-contiguous trade lanes concerning transportation and logistics matters, including: providing counseling concerning maritime and admiralty law issues and regulatory compliance, handling maritime casualty matters, drafting ocean transportation service agreements and prosecuting and defending freight charge disputes and cargo claims for loss, damage or delay.
Adam N. Saurwein | Real Estate & Environmental and Energy Practice Groups
Adam is a corporate attorney and business advisor whose practice focuses on energy, real estate and finance. Adam has represented buyers and sellers in the acquisition, development, redevelopment and disposition of all types of multifamily residential and commercial properties. He also has represented landlords and tenants in negotiating leases for industrial, retail and office properties. He has represented both lenders and borrowers in a variety of construction, mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions.
