Jennifer’s practice involves representing clients in a variety of real estate matters, including leasing, acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties, as well as managing other complex real estate transactions.

Dan represents organizations in a variety of industries on complex global intellectual property (IP) and technology matters. He focuses his practice on US and international transactions. His transactional practice includes counseling clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IP and technology transfers, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, sponsorship and endorsement agreements and business process outsourcing matters across a variety of technologies.

Alyssa has significant experience in commercial litigation, including in the areas of energy, class action, products liability, trade secrets, unfair competition, and multi-district litigation, both on the plaintiff and defense side and in various state and federal courts across the country.

Kate concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, securities litigation and corporate internal investigations. She has been involved in litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States and has represented Fortune 500 companies in confidential internal investigations.

Chris focuses his practice on real estate and land use litigation, primarily representing energy companies in right-of-way acquisition and enforcement, and infrastructure protection litigation. He also has extensive experience in commercial, environmental, construction and tort litigation. Chris has significant hands-on experience managing all phases of litigation, including initial case intake and evaluation, discovery, preparing fact and expert witnesses, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, motions practice, arguing in open court, trial and alternative dispute resolution.

Jamie represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. She has diverse litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, taking and defending depositions and the evaluation, development and preparation of fact and expert witnesses.

Ryan has experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, equity financings and debt transactions. Most of Ryan’s work focuses on private equity firms and their portfolio companies and has included funds targeting the automotive, chemical and logistics industries. He also advises clients on general business law matters.
