Matthew D. Beebe | Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights and Litigation Practice Groups
Matt focuses his practice on complex restructuring and commercial litigation. He has substantial experience litigating and advising on bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including creditors’ rights issues, assignments for the benefit of creditors, successor liability issues, corporate governance issues, adversary proceedings, contested plan confirmations, and bankruptcy appeals before district and circuit courts.
Michael E. Bloom | Litigation Practice Group
Michael focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has a diverse practice. He has represented clients operating in a wide array of industries, including private equity funds and their portfolio companies, networking technology, telehealth, and commercial aviation. He has represented clients in, among other types of disputes, matters involving allegations of defamation, securities fraud, breach of contract, the RICO Act, and business torts.
Nora Cook | Litigation Practice Group
Nora represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, and before various arbitration tribunals. Nora also has experience defending companies in consumer-related litigation involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and state law claims.
Amy L. Craig | Corporate & Securities Practice Group
Amy focuses her practice on counseling a broad range of clients (including private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as other privately-owned companies and their founders) in connection with a wide array of acquisitions, dispositions, and investments. Amy also provides ongoing support for clients with regard to the negotiation of their key commercial contracts with suppliers, customers, and other third parties.
Timothy M. Frey | Litigation Practice Group
Timothy Frey has over 10 years of complex commercial litigation experience. During that time, he has represented public and private companies, as well as individuals, in a wide array of litigation including products liability, class actions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, data theft, employment disputes, and contested corporate restructurings. In addition, Tim has defended companies and individuals subject to civil and criminal investigations brought by the SEC, DOJ, and various state Attorneys General.

Christopher has diverse experience representing top-tier leveraged buyout and private equity funds, fund sponsors and investors, and their portfolio companies. Chris advises clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital and private equity financings, joint ventures, and other investment transactions with an emphasis on middle-market transactions.
Trevor J. Illes | Litigation Practice Group
Trevor has experience representing large publicly traded and privately held companies in federal and state court in connection with a variety of litigation matters and government investigations, including class actions, complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, employment litigation, litigation under federal and state securities laws, cargo claims and freight-charge disputes, and investigations by the SEC and DOJ.
Warren T. McClurg | Litigation Practice Group
Warren represents companies and individuals in all aspects of commercial litigation, including disputes related to contracts, consumer law, business torts, insurance, and product liability. Warren’s experience includes cases involving the Uniform Commercial Code, Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and various state consumer fraud and unfair practices statutes.
Kelly E. Mulrane | Transportation & Logistics and Litigation Practice Groups
Kelly’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, wrongful death and personal injury defense, as well as transportation and logistics-related claims. She regularly argues in trial and appellate courts across the country. In addition to her litigation practice, Kelly specializes in federal licensing and compliance of motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and ocean transportation intermediaries.

Helen focuses her practice on technology transactions, licensing, online contracting, and data privacy and security. She drafts and negotiates business-critical intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) agreements, including software-as-a-service (SaaS), IT services, data licensing, content licensing, maintenance and support, reseller, development, collaboration, and data protection agreements.
Michael S. Weinstein | Litigation Practice Group
Michael has significant experience litigating complex intellectual property matters in federal district courts nationwide and in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He has represented clients in a variety of different fields, including pharmaceuticals, chemical compositions, consumer products, medical devices, automotive components, and software and semiconductor technology.

Susan focuses her practice on the construction industry providing counsel to subcontractors, contractors, suppliers, and project owners in both transactional and litigation matters.
