Gavin has a multifaceted practice focusing on highly regulated industries, including energy, public utilities and communications. He represents clients in both commercial and regulatory matters, partnering with them to develop strategies and deliver practical legal solutions that strengthen governance, compliance and risk management. Recognized for his strategic thought leadership and solutions-focused approach, Gavin is a certified Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC) and brings with him three decades of progressive experience.
Gavin has held senior roles as both General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel for Fortune 500, S&P 500 and private companies. He earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Dayton.
