Benesch, one of the fast-growing firms on the AmLaw 200 list, welcomes partner Ronald S. Betman to its Chicago office. Betman will join the firm’s Litigation Group.
Betman is a distinguished trial lawyer with a decades-long track record of achieving favorable outcomes on behalf of individuals, mid-size businesses and Fortune 100 companies in state and federal courts in complex, high-stakes litigation. His practice is particularly focused on matters involving financial products, securities, commodities, class action and derivative litigation, SEC and CFTC enforcement actions, antitrust, fraud, products liability, and bankruptcy litigation. He is also well-versed in handling regulatory investigations from the SEC, CFTC and other federal agencies, as well as state attorneys general.
