Tara’s proven skills in handling trials, drafting motions and conducting depositions make her an invaluable asset to our growing IP Litigation practice.”
Tara has successfully managed both offense and defense in bench trials and preliminary injunctions and has extensive experience examining key fact and expert witnesses. She has drafted and argued various substantive motions, including claim construction briefs, motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss. Most recently, she was honored with the Vanguard Award by the Chicago Bar Association in May 2024.
In addition, Tara drafts Petitions for Inter Partes Review, assists clients with contract negotiation and settlement, and manages due diligence and other patent counseling projects.
