Benesch is pleased to announce that Vincent Gnoffo and Tara Kamradt have joined the firm’s Chicago office.
Vincent Gnoffo is an electrical engineer and intellectual property partner who focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the electrical arts and helps clients manage their patent portfolios including preparing and prosecuting patent applications and supervising attorneys and agents. Vincent also regularly provides patentability, validity, and non-infringement opinions in a range of technologies that include electronics, engines and generators, local and distributed networks, network based software and hardware, workflow and workforce optimization and telecommunications.

Vincent received his J.D., cum laude, from John Marshall Law School and his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Tara Kamradt is a health care partner with over 20 years experience who represents closely held businesses, physician groups and other health care providers, with significant experience in the dialysis industry. She counsels her clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and other complex transactional and regulatory matters such as medical director agreements, pharmaceutical and disposable supply contracts, and other commercial arrangements with third parties.

Tara is a founding member of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law, a non-profit membership association bringing together women’s initiatives in law firms and companies of all sizes. She received her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from Penn State University.
Since January 2015, Benesch has welcomed over 85 new attorneys, 35 staff members and opened a new office in Chicago. The strategic addition of these attorneys and offices is another step in executing the firm’s aggressive growth plan and goal to continuously enhance the quality of service provided to clients.
