We’re glad to be able to attract such outstanding recruits.”
Sarah has experience with all stages of civil litigation, including fact development, strategy conferences, pre-trial motion practice, discovery, depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and appeals. She has assisted in a variety of energy and environmental matters, from state-level regulatory compliance to major federal pipeline litigation
Sarah has also assisted clients in a wide breadth of practice areas, including contract disputes, real estate acquisitions, workers compensation hearings, professional malpractice lawsuits, and state and federal constitutional appeals.
Michael focuses on complex civil litigation, including class actions and business torts.
