As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Partner Nicole Fry to the Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group in Chicago.
Nicole has represented a variety of developers and landlords in negotiating leases and other related documents with national, regional, and local tenants. In addition, she has represented both national and regional tenants in negotiations with national developers and landlords. Nicole is experienced in drafting leases for various property classes, ranging from grocery-anchored strip centers to large mixed-use developments. She has managed properties with in-line space, pad sites, and ground leases. Nicole is also experienced in drafting office and warehouse leases. She began practicing law in 2000, and since then, she has become a member of the Illinois bar, the District of Columbia bar, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Nicole had substantial litigation and mediation experience before joining Benesch.
Nicole received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
