Benesch, one of the fastest-growing firms on the AmLaw 200 list, is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Stucker as a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the firm’s Chicago office.
Sam is an experienced corporate attorney who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Benesch, Sam was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. Sam holds a B.S. in business management from Clemson University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
