Benesch is pleased to welcome Justin M. Lovdahl as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Cleveland.
Justin focuses his practice on commercial and construction litigation, representing business owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals in all facets of construction law, including construction claims and management issues, surety bond disputes, mechanics’ lien claims, contract negotiations, and arbitrations. He frequently practices in state and federal court for clients across a variety of business market segments.
Justin earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Christopher A. Boyko of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He also served as Managing Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and was a member of Cleveland-Marshall’s Trial Advocacy team. Additionally, he earned his B.A. in political science and government cum laude from John Carroll University.
