Asian-Americans have made significant strides in the legal profession over the past decades, but the top leadership positions in the legal field remain elusive to many Asian-Americans. In the 2020 Vault/MCAA Law firm Diversity Survey, Asian-Americans represented 12.08% of law firm associates but only 3.99% of equity partners and 4% of all partners.
