Pro Bono

Benesch recognizes its responsibilities to the communities it shares and to the legal profession. These include a responsibility to provide pro bono services to organizations devoted to the betterment of communities and to individuals who are unable to pay for needed legal services. The firm's Associate Pro Bono Policy encourages associates to provide such services in a manner that best promotes the interests of our firm, our associates and our communities.

All associates are encouraged to volunteer their services. The firm supports associate pro bono activity through the award of partial billable hour credit of up to 100 hours per calendar year for pro bono work.
