Sheila represents institutional and individual clients in federal and state court litigation at both the trial and appellate level.
Sheila focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation involving contract disputes, business torts, products liability, trade secret misappropriation, securities fraud, health care fraud, government investigations, and other civil, commercial, and class action matters. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including significant experience drafting dispositive motions, briefs, and other trial materials, conducting expert discovery, and managing complex discovery productions. Sheila also provides a wide range of pro bono legal services.
Previously, Sheila served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable William J. Bauer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Prior to law school, Sheila taught high school English in Washington D.C. as a member of Teach for America.
