SaDella earned her law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and received a Certificate in Business Law. SaDella also worked at a legal center that provided services and support for refugees, asylum seekers, unaccompanied minors and victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. In 2021, she was included in the American Bar Association’s 2021 Pro Bono Honor Roll.
SaDella’s legal experience includes complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, primarily serving clients in regulated industries as well as large institutions. She has handled a broad range of business conflicts, including contract and partnership disputes, regulatory investigations and matters involving government inquiries. Her work includes preparing witnesses, guiding them through legal strategy, procedural expectations and effective communication under pressure. SaDella’s practice also reflects a deep engagement with high-stakes commercial matters, where she advises clients navigating internal investigations and sensitive interviews. She regularly responds to subpoenas, drafts motions, pleadings and written discovery, and contributes to case strategy and trial preparation with precision and clarity. With a sharp understanding of both legal nuance and business priorities, she delivers tailored solutions that support long-term client goals and helps them navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
Before attending law school, she worked as a retail HR, sales and general manager, and also owned and operated a multi-state real estate business. At her former employer, SaDella gained experience in internal investigations and was part of a state-wide Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) audit. These roles allowed her to develop strong leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with firsthand experience navigating complex regulatory and contractual issues—skills that continue to shape her approach to the law.
