Megan is responsible for the overall client service experience with the firm where she strategically works with firm management and practice group chairs to direct and manage all client-focused continuing legal education events, client appreciation programs, firm-focused events, retreats and top performer recognition programs from conception to completion optimizing and seizing business opportunities for current clients, prospective clients and the firm’s internal pipeline
Additionally, she also directs and manages the overall business development suite management platform as well as the firm wide CRM system. Outside of the client service space, Megan assists with business development efforts along with initiatives associated with the Firm’s overall strategy.
