Mark focuses his practice on employee benefit plans.
This includes experience counseling clients on ACA, COBRA, 401(k) plan compliance, design and implementation of qualified retirement plans (including employee stock ownership plans), and health and welfare benefit plans. He has advised clients on all aspects of retirement and health and welfare plans, including reviewing and revising administrative service contracts, implementing plan mergers and consolidations, and correcting issues with qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. In the transactional part of his practice, Mark also counsels clients on employee benefits issues that arise in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
