In addition to his litigation prowess, Manish has significant experience in inter partes review and reexamination proceedings. On the transactional side, he is well-versed in rendering freedom-to-operate and patentability opinions and is experienced in preparing patent applications in the mechanical and electromechanical fields. His breadth of experience and strategic insight make him an invaluable partner to clients looking to build, protect and leverage their intellectual property assets.
