She has expertise in handling sophisticated real estate matters, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, air rights, and corporate structuring. With a focus on condominium and cooperative development and management, her reach includes both national and international clients. Laura also has experience in the intersection of not-for-profit law and real estate, and is one of New York’s go-to resources for the structuring and formation of leasehold condominiums.
Laura has previously served for the New York State Comptroller, the United States Attorneys’ Office, and the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation Department.
