Kevin has experience representing debtors, official creditor committees, creditors, lenders, and parties to adversary proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the District of New Jersey, and in other bankruptcy courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, through pro hac vice admissions.
In addition, Kevin has represented clients in all stages of litigation before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the District of New Jersey, and the Delaware and New Jersey state and appellate courts. Kevin has also represented clients pro bono on behalf of Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and the Office of the Child Advocate in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court and Family Court. Finally, Kevin is a former adjunct professor at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania, and currently serves as an affiliated scholar with the Institute of Catholic Bioethics at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he researches and writes on the intersection of law and health care ethics.
