Katie focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country.
Katie has experience in various phases of litigation, including conducting critical legal and factual research, drafting motions and briefs, and discovery.
Katie earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Katie worked for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Women’s Rights Project, where she contributed to litigation against gender discrimination and advocacy for the rights of domestic violence survivors at the national level. As a law student, Katie served for two years as Chair of the Junior Advisory Board of Salt & Light Coalition, a Chicago nonprofit organization committed to providing workforce development services and training for women survivors of human trafficking.
