Justin focuses his practice on commercial and construction litigation, representing business owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals in all facets of construction law, including construction claims and management issues, surety bond disputes, mechanics’ lien claims, contract negotiations, and arbitrations.
Justin frequently practices in state and federal court for clients across a variety of business market segments.
During law school, Justin served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Christopher A. Boyko of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He also served as Managing Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and was a member of Cleveland-Marshall’s Trial Advocacy team.

- Represented manufacturer in litigation arising out of construction project and successfully resolved the matter early in litigation.
- Served as second chair in a week-long American Arbitration Association hearing involving a construction contract dispute resulting in a $2.7 million award for specialty subcontractor client.*
