Heather works collaboratively with Practice Group Leaders to further the firm’s strategic objective of training and developing attorneys to ensure quality and innovative legal services.
Heather is also responsible for developing firm-wide and practice specific training programs and succession plans, the firm’s pro bono and mentoring initiatives, as well as managing the attorney evaluation process.
A recognized leader in the legal career development industry, Heather joins Benesch after successful careers at both Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She has held national leadership roles for The National Association for Law Placement (NALP), including serving on the Board of Directors, chairing a national task force and advisory group, and speaking at conferences.
