Representing sophisticated middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors and their portfolio companies, George has led numerous private equity transactions. He is experienced across several industrial sectors, including manufacturing, franchise businesses, healthcare, food & beverage, business services, consumer products and industrial services.
George skillfully navigates his private equity clients through large complex deals and add-on acquisitions, as well as servicing the ongoing day-to-day legal needs of their portfolio companies. He also advises on general corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, equityholder agreements and other day-to-day projects, and works with publicly and privately held companies on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and other strategic transactions.
Responsive, creative and an excellent communicator, George combines technical skills with creativity, helping his clients in wide-ranging industries structure, negotiate and close deals.
