Overview

Denis has represented clients in high-stakes litigation across the country involving breach of contract, products liability, environmental regulations, False Claims Act, antitrust, lien foreclosure, and defamation. He has advised clients on litigation matters from a variety of industries, including telecommunications, chemicals and automotive manufacturing, education, and software. Denis excels at managing multifaceted legal dockets across multiple states and overseeing cases from inception through trial. He is skilled at crafting pivotal motions for dismissal, summary judgment, Daubert motions, and post-trial and appellate briefing. He also has expertise in managing comprehensive expert and fact discovery, including written and document-based investigations and depositions.

In addition, Denis is an avid pro bono litigator, having appeared on behalf of numerous prisoners bringing constitutional claims in federal trial and appellate courts, and has succeeded in obtaining asylum status to a Pakistani immigrant.
