Clients benefit from Chris’s ability to formulate strategies and solutions to even the most complex problems. He finds ways to accomplish their goals without running afoul of legal or regulatory restrictions, incorporating flexibility to allow for pivots should the need arise.
Actively engaged daily in the healthcare industry, Chris, along with other Benesch healthcare lawyers, conducts an annual industry-focused Dialysis and Nephrology Conference focused on trends, issues, legal and regulatory developments and strategies.
Before attending law school, Chris worked as a consultant at Cerner Corporation, a global supplier of health information technology solutions. In that role, he worked closely with those in the healthcare sector, evaluating their IT systems and customizing them to meet their specific needs. This experience gave Chris a clear understanding of the challenges, risks and benefits of electronic document retention systems. Now he applies that knowledge to help limit their risk exposure.
