Brittany is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s law school recruiting strategy. She manages the OCI and callback interview process for 1L and 2L recruiting, working closely with our chief talent officer, hiring partners and committee members. She regularly travels to partner law schools to meet students and connect them to the firm, and acts as a resource to law students as they explore career opportunities. She plans and manages the firm wide Summer Associate Program and 1L Diversity Fellowship Programs, and is a resource to our summer associates as they learn to navigate the firm.
In addition to her role in law school recruiting, Brittany is a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and manages various diversity pipeline programs. She is also involved in the firm’s integration strategy for lateral hires and acts as an integration manager, supporting new lateral hires as they set their practice up for success at Benesch.
Prior to joining Benesch, Brittany spent 10 years in human resources and recruiting roles mainly focused on stem careers in accounting, engineering and information technology.
