Brandon has experience representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial matters and disputes, including defamation, breach of contract, fraud, real estate litigation, and partnership and investor disputes.
He has drafted a wide variety of briefs and motions, including discovery motions, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment, and has experience guiding clients through all aspects of discovery, as well as the New York appeals process. Prior to joining Benesch, Brandon gained a wide variety of litigation experience serving for a year as a law clerk to the Superior Court of Guam, nearly two years as a law clerk in the Supreme Court of New York, New York County, as well as clerking for a boutique law firm in New York specializing in real estate litigation. He earned his law degree from The George Washington University Law School in May 2018.
