Ashley focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters in various asset classes.
She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases (both landlord and tenant representation) as well as handling complex acquisition, disposition, and development transactions. Ashley supports her clients by drafting and negotiating documents, identifying and resolving title issues, and working through site development hurdles. She works closely with her clients to achieve client goals and encourage efficient deal flow.
Ashley is a member of the Columbus chapter of CREW Network, the Columbus Bar Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

- Represented a leading international investment and management firm by performing all diligence and related needs for their purchase of loans in default for a total of over $600 million and subsequent foreclosures, involving over 70 properties in California.
