Andy’s practice includes representing both lenders and borrowers in the origination and workout of syndicated, large corporate and middle-market credit facilities, with experience across C&I, acquisition, ABL, mezzanine, ESOP, healthcare and oil & gas loans.
He also represents creditors and debtors in foreclosures, receivership, equipment financing, bankruptcies and bankruptcy-related litigation. Andy has represented both buyers and sellers in Section 363 assets sales, and has prosecuted and defended numerous fraudulent transfer and preference avoidance actions ranging in size from $10,000 to over $600 million.
Additionally, Andy represents financial institutions in the sale of distressed commercial loans and residential mortgage loan pools.
Representative Experience
- Represented publicly traded international apparel retailer borrower in the origination of a $400 million syndicated ABL facility.

Represented publicly traded international footwear manufacturer in its separate $150 million syndicated ABL facility and $130 million syndicated term facility used to fund the acquisition of a footwear line from a separate public company.
- Represented a borrower in a $12.5 million dollar ESOP loan.
