Aan Amin is a corporate associate in Benesch’s New York office. He advises public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, corporate reorganizations, leveraged buy-outs and other strategic transactions.
Aan has represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on transactions ranging from $50 million to $12.5 billion, across a variety of industries including manufacturing, energy & infrastructure and consumer retail.
Prior to joining Benesch, Aan was a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
