Kevin focuses his practice on the environmental aspects of corporate, commercial lending, and real estate transactions.
He manages environmental enforcement and litigation matters and provides counseling on regulatory issues. He is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Kevin is the President of the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland, a board member of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland, the former Chair of the Federation’s Allocations Education Subcommittee, and Chair of the JHub Advisory Group. He also is a board member of the Cleveland Play House.

- Represented Loar Holdings Inc., a diversified manufacturer and supplier of niche aerospace and defense components, in its acquisition of Applied Avionics, Inc., a manufacturer of highly engineered avionics interface solutions catering to the aviation industry, valued at $385 million.
- Represented the buyer in its acquisition of a pet treat manufacturing company, a transaction which included a rollover of equity interests.
- Represented a steel manufacturing company in a $22 million sale of its alloy extrusions businesses to a strategic purchaser.
- Represented a private equity-back manufacturer of machine tools in its acquisition of a manufacturer of plastic injection molding & precision machined components for telecom equipment.
- Represented a public, world-leading polymers group in its acquisition of a provider of high-quality thermoplastic elastomers for all size orders across the United States.
- Represented Weinberg Capital Group in the sale of its interest in North American Kitchen Solutions, Inc. (dba Hoodmart).

- Negotiated multi-pronged risk transfer and risk management provisions to protect client.
- Represented a major North American automobile manufacturer in the disposition of two very large former plants, located in Ohio and Indiana.
- Represented Persona Signs in receiving a majority investment from Exeter Image Holdings, a portfolio company of Exeter Street Capital Partners.
